Over three days in Central Riga, you'll discover how to really listen, ask the kind of questions that shift how someone sees their situation, and help people move from stuck to unstuck — yourself included. It's the same exciting, warm, hands-on training that's already reached 3,000+ people across more than 10 countries. And it's built around practice, not only theory.

What these three days are really like

You'll learn by doing, from the very first morning. Expect real coaching conversations, honest and encouraging feedback, and a small group of people who are just as curious as you are. We don't overload you with theory — we'll hand you a clear, practical toolkit and the confidence to use it. The result? By Monday, you can already sit down and lead a full coaching conversation, start to finish.

Who it's for

You don't need any background in coaching to join, just curiosity and a willingness to practise. Over the years we've found the course tends to speak to three kinds of people:

• Those who want to bring coaching into work or everyday life — leading a team, supporting colleagues, or simply having better conversations with the people around them.

• Those considering coaching as a profession, who want to feel what it's really like before committing to longer training.

• Those drawn to it for themselves — for their own growth, clarity, and the sustainable changes that follow.

What you'll walk away with

By the end of the three days, you'll be able to:

• Understand what makes coaching so powerful, and how to help people unlock their own potential

• Apply the ROSA coaching model straight away

• Help someone set meaningful goals and take real steps towards them

• Listen deeply and ask the questions that change the conversation

• Use a full toolkit of techniques — with clients, colleagues, or yourself

• Join our global coaching community, with resources and people to keep learning alongside

• Lay solid foundations for ICF/EMCC certification, if you choose to continue the journey

Choosing your level

Everyone joins the same three days together, the levels simply decide how much support and resource you take home with you:

• Practitioner: €498. The full course plus access to our World Coaches Community. A smooth, affordable start.

• Professional: €698 (most popular). Everything in Practitioner, plus a coaching resource package, 19 online videos, a live follow-up Q&A with your trainers and peers, and the certification process with personal feedback.

• Master: €898. Everything in Professional, plus a full year of Coaching Journey membership: Masterclasses, practice Dojos, recordings, and our resource library (normally €398/year).

  
  

Payment in instalments is available, just let us know at registration. For business customers, VAT is added where required by law.

Your trainers and fellow students

You'll be in experienced hands. Your lead trainer is Pauliina Hallama, WCO's Chief Coaching Officer, a social psychologist with over 20 years in training and almost 15 years coaching. Pauliina has trained thousands of people, from startups to global organisations. She'll be joined by Coach and Trainer Ulvis Kravalis. The course is held in English. Places are deliberately limited to 25, so everyone gets real attention and plenty of time to practise.
