We are on this journey together

As the new chapter of World Coaching Organization unfolds, in addition to inviting more and more people into our world through our courses, we also want to acknowledge the fact that there are now thousands of us alumni across the globe spreading magic through coaching conversations.

Some of us might have turned coaching into a profession. Some of us probably use these skills in everyday conversations as a consultant, leader, colleague or as a good friend or family member. We are all on different journeys, but we are sure that we share a few things: a never-ending curiosity for learning, a passion for helping others fulfill their dreams, and a drive to make an impact.

We started to imagine what might happen if a handful of people who share the same values, speak the same language, and have exceptional conversation tools, come together to support each other and learn in community. This curiosity led us to give life to our World Coaches Community.

A private online space is the virtual home for our World Coaches. Here, we can network, share resources and ideas, and ask for help.

This space will help you stay connected to a vetted and like-minded community of coaches. In this space, we can build relationships, network, and explore potential collaborations.

Constant learning is part of the journey. Whether it’s learning new models, techniques, modalities, practicing, or receiving feedback – we are here to support your professional development.

We organize online masterclasses and workshops – or dojos, as we call them – and peer-to-peer sessions so you can keep developing your skills as a coach.

Our mission is to bring coaching to as many people as possible. We also know that developing professional coaching skills has specific challenges.

We support each other by sharing best practices, advice, and business know-how. And we facilitate brainstorming and mastermind sessions to support you on your coaching journey, wherever that might be.

The next step

If you are a WCO course alumn, your World Coaches Community membership begins right away. (In case you're an alumn from somewhere else, you're still welcome to join – we'll just ask you a few additional questions.)

Our community now lives on our own membership area on this website, where WCO alumni from around the world can stay connected, exchange ideas, and continue growing together as coaches.

Inside the community space, you can join conversations, explore coaching tools and reflections, participate in practice sessions, and connect with fellow coaches who share the same language and curiosity for development.

For those who wish to deepen their practice further, we offer the Journey to Mastery, a one-year community membership program that includes all community Masterclasses, Coaching Dojos, and a dedicated peer learning space within the community. Jump on the Journey any time of the year!
