The International Coaching Certification course has been purposely designed and meticulously planned to show you not only what is theoretically possible, but what really works in practice. No prior coaching experience needed – just an open mind and a willingness to learn! While experience is a plus, it’s not essential to grow into a skillful coach during our time together.
Absolutely! Many experienced coaches who join us find our frameworks refreshingly practical and insightful. Coaching is a lifelong learning journey, and exploring different training approaches can be truly inspiring.
We keep our groups to a maximum of 25 learners. With our team of organizers, this ensures an engaging yet intimate learning experience for everyone.
Yes. Our certification is a strong reflection of the time, effort, and care you’ve invested in becoming a skilled coach. While many participants take this course simply to build real coaching skills, you can also use it as part of your journey toward international accreditation.
Our training is rooted in the ethical standards and core competencies of respected coaching bodies like the ICF and EMCC. Currently, if you’re aiming for ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials, this course can be used as a basis for it using the Portfolio Path. (One day soon, possibly even another path!)

If you wish to get certified by us, we’ll ask you to reflect on your coaching skills, write two essays on assigned topics, and coach two individuals for six sessions each – documenting your progress with session reports and a few audio recordings. We’ll then review your work, assess your performance based on our 4R core competencies, and provide personalized feedback to support your growth.
We give you the foundation and a bit more – and then it’s really up to you! Many go on to earn their certification, others dive deeper into a specific coaching niche, and some start applying their skills in everyday life. Whatever path you choose, you’ll be part of a global, supportive community connected by this unique learning experience.
