Journey to Mastery is a curated, practice-rich development path for coaches who want to continue growing after their initial training – at a pace that feels inspiring, sustainable, and supportive.

This is not another course. It's your ongoing mastery ecosystem: a full year of learning, reflection, practice, and community designed to help you integrate coaching into who you are, not just what you do.

A sustainable way to keep growing as a Coach

After the excitement of your coach training, it’s natural to feel inspired – and just as natural to wonder how to keep that momentum alive. Real growth happens not in a single course, but through consistent learning, practice, and reflection. Journey to Mastery was created to support exactly that kind of evolution: steady, meaningful development in a community of people who share your curiosity and your passion for making a difference.

This is not another training to “get through.” It’s an ongoing space to return to, month after month, as you continue shaping the kind of coach you want to become.

What the Journey looks like

Throughout the year, you’ll move through a simple rhythm that alternates between masterclasses and coaching dojos. We offer five of each during the year, with pauses during holiday months so the pace always feels spacious and sustainable.

• Our Masterclasses explore advanced coaching topics – from values to emotional presence, belief transformation, volition, and more. Each session brings you deeper into the art and nuance of coaching, offering fresh tools, demonstrations, and opportunities to apply what you’ve learned right away.

  
  

• In the Coaching Dojos, the focus shifts from theory to embodiment. These practice spaces are where coaching skills truly take root. You’ll have the chance to coach, be coached, observe others, and receive real-time feedback in a supportive, professional environment. Over time, this is where many participants notice their confidence growing the most – session by session, insight by insight.

Together, the masterclasses and dojos create a learning cycle that strengthens your presence, expands your skill set, and helps you integrate coaching more deeply into your everyday life.

Your coaching Community

As a member of Journey to Mastery, you’ll be part of a global circle of coaches who are committed to learning and practicing together. This sense of community is one of the most powerful aspects of the program. You’ll have access to our full library of resources, recordings, templates, and guides, and can join optional mastermind-style gatherings throughout the year for inspiration, connection, and shared problem-solving.

Coaching is a human art – and having others walking alongside you makes the path richer, safer, and more rewarding.

349€ / year (299€ until end of January)

One simple annual payment gives you a full year of development, practice, and community support.

To ensure a meaningful group experience, the program begins when we’ve reached 10 confirmed participants. Once the group is formed, we begin the live sessions together, and new members are welcomed on a rolling basis.

If you are not an alumnus of WCO, you are still welcome to join – we simply ask that you have prior coaching training or experience so you can fully benefit from the depth of the sessions.
