International Coaching Certification, Virtual Sep–Dec 2026

Over three months this autumn, you'll discover how to really listen, ask the kind of questions that shift how someone sees their situation, and help people move from stuck to unstuck — yourself included. It's the same exciting, warm, hands-on training that's already reached 3,000+ people across more than 10 countries, now in a live online format built to fit around a full life. And it's built around practice, not only theory.

We keep each group small — just 25 people — so everyone gets real attention and plenty of time to practise. And because it runs weekly rather than all at once, you'll have time to absorb each step and try it out in your own life between sessions.

What learning online with us is really like

This isn't a set of videos you watch alone. Every Thursday evening for 13 modules, we meet live — a real group, real coaching practice, and honest, encouraging feedback, just as you'd get in the room. You'll learn by doing from the very first session, building your skills steadily week by week rather than cramming them into a weekend.

And life happens, so every session is recorded and saved to your learning platform. Miss a Thursday and you can catch up; stay and you'll still have everything to revisit later. By the midway point, you'll already be able to sit down and lead a full coaching conversation, start to finish.

Who it's for

You don't need any background in coaching to join, just curiosity and a willingness to practise. Learning online makes it especially easy to take part wherever you are in the world, and over the years we've found the course tends to speak to three kinds of people:

Choosing your level

Everyone joins the same live sessions together, the levels simply decide how much support and resource you take home with you:

• Practitioner: €498. The full course plus access to our World Coaches Community. A smooth, affordable start.

• Professional: €698 (most popular). Everything in Practitioner, plus a coaching resource package, 19 online videos, a live follow-up Q&A with your trainers and peers, and the certification process with personal feedback.

• Master: €898. Everything in Professional, plus a full year of Coaching Journey membership: Masterclasses, practice Dojos, recordings, and our resource library (normally €398/year).

Your trainers and fellow students

You'll be in experienced hands. Your lead trainer is Pauliina Hallama, WCO's Chief Coaching Officer, a social psychologist with over 20 years in training and almost 15 years coaching. Pauliina has trained thousands of people, from startups to global organisations. She'll be joined by Master Coach Anna-Riikka Kärnä. The course is held in English. Places are deliberately limited to 25, so everyone gets real attention and plenty of time to practise.

Here's how the autumn unfolds. We meet live every Thursday evening for 13 modules, blending theory with plenty of hands-on practice, with a two-week study break at the end of October to let everything settle. All times are shown in Central European (CET/CEST) and Eastern European (EET/EEST) time, so you can convert easily from wherever you are.

All sessions are recorded and saved on the learning platform, so you can catch up if you ever miss one. To get the most from the course, we ask that you attend at least 10 of the 13 live sessions. After the course, you'll submit your individual certification materials to complete the certification process.
