Master Coach Certification course 2026

Join us to deepen your coaching toolkit and add impact to your coaching sessions and processes. This exciting course is built on plenty of interactive exercises, hands-on activities, and feedback from both peers and trained coaches. 

This is the waitlist for the Master Coach Course 2026. The next course is currently planned for October 2026. At the same time, we are exploring the possibility of opening an additional Master Coach cohort already on 5–7 June 2026 (save the dates!). If 20 coaches express their interest, we will confirm the June group and offer early-bird seats exclusively to those on this waitlist. Who is this course for?

This is the next-level coaching course for past participants of our International Coaching Certfication course (certificate not required), whether coaching professionally, informally or engaged in self-coaching. If you are strongly feeling the call to join us but have done another coaching course, please reach out with us at hello@worldcoaching.com to chat. 

We will limit the number of participants to 30. The training will be held in English.

What will you get?

This course will take the 4 Rs to a whole new level of mastery… 

• You will learn elements of ROSA 2.5 and boost the impact of yourcoaching through contracting and goaltending with your clients…

• You will discover new aspects of Rapport through exploring the depthsof transformational listening and questions, and learn to challenge yourclients constructively to support their growth.

• You will dive deeper into Roots, within yourself, and learn ways to help your clients in discovering their current and desired identity.

• An optional add-on session on Results will support you in building anddeveloping your coaching business and translating mastery into real-world impact. Even if you don’t want to become a professional formalcoach, these insights will guide you in any future project orentrepreneurial initiative.

Your trainers will be Master Coach Trainers Pauliina Hallama and Anna-Riikka Kärnä, who bring over 10 years of expertise in delivering impactful coaching trainings.
