At the heart of any thriving company lies a strong commitment to its people. For nearly a decade, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with TalentAdore, a fast-growing HR software company that has consistently invested in developing its employees through our coaching programs.

What sets TalentAdore apart isn’t just their innovative technology — it’s their unwavering belief in the power of coaching as a core driver of both personal and organizational success.

We recently spoke with Eliza Elskena, Head of People & Culture at TalentAdore, to better understand why coaching has become such an integral part of their culture.

“We firmly believe that coaching develops self-awareness and self-leadership,” Eliza shares. “These skills are critical for meeting the demands of everyday life and successfully navigating through its ups and downs.”

According to Eliza, coaching is not limited to managers or senior leaders. At TalentAdore, individuals from all levels and roles are encouraged to participate in our coaching courses — an approach that reflects their belief in shared growth and mutual respect.

“Coaching also enhances one’s social awareness and ability to establish empowering, trust-based relationships,” she adds.

One of the company’s most adopted tools from our coaching course is a simple yet powerful framework called ROSA — short for Reality, Objectives, Solutions, and Actions.

“We apply ROSA in the majority of our meetings and discussions. It helps us engage better with people and solve problems more effectively,” Eliza notes.

Our courses are designed to be hands-on, practical, and above all — transformative. After just three days of training, participants return with fresh perspectives and tangible tools they can apply immediately in both professional and personal settings.

Eliza highlighted the learning experience itself as a key factor in their long-standing collaboration:

“In all honesty, few trainers possess the capability to craft such impactful learning experiences quite like Pauliina Hallama and Anna-Riikka Kärnä. This collaboration lasting nearly 10 years serves as evidence of that.”

TalentAdore’s dedication to nurturing a coaching mindset throughout the organization is truly one-of-a-kind. We’re proud to continue supporting their journey and grateful for the trust they’ve placed in us.

Thank you, TalentAdore, for leading by example — and for showing how investing in people isn’t just good practice, it’s smart business.
