Community Events in 2026: Journey to Mastery

Journey to Mastery is our year-long community events format for coaches who want to keep growing through learning, practice, and connection. Throughout the year, we gather in a steady rhythm of Masterclasses and Coaching Dojos, each focused on a key coaching competence. Masterclasses deepen understanding and perspective; Coaching Dojos turn learning into embodied practice through real conversations and feedback.

Journey to Mastery is designed as a full-year journey, supporting sustainable growth over time. At the same time, individual sessions are open to guests and alumni, allowing you to join a single Masterclass, a Coaching Dojo, or both. Whether you step in for one session or walk the path with us all year, you’re warmly welcome into our global coaching community.

The Journey presents: Coaching Beliefs

Masterclass: Coaching Beliefs (Thu 9 April, 17.30-19.30 CEST/18.30-20.30 EEST) 

In this interactive, practical and reflective masterclass, we’ll explore how beliefs shape not only our clients’ reality, but also our own. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how beliefs are formed and how they show up in coaching conversations, as well as in your own thinking and decision-making. From there, we’ll begin to explore how to work with them, both in coaching sessions and in your own self-coaching practice.

You can expect:

• A clearer understanding of how beliefs shape both your clients’ thinking and your own

• Practical ways to recognize and explore beliefs in coaching conversations (and in yourself)

• Simple approaches and questions you can start experimenting with right away

• Space to reflect and see how belief work shows up in real coaching moments

Each Masterclass session will be recorded, so you can watch it anywhere anytime in case you would happen to miss it.

Coaching Dojo: Coaching Beliefs (Sat 9 May, 10-12 CEST/11-13 EEST) 

The Coaching Dojo is where theory turns into lived experience. In this facilitated practice space, you’ll have the opportunity to coach, be coached, observe others, and receive real-time feedback – all within a supportive, professional environment. This is where confidence grows session by session, as skills move from your head into your muscle memory.

In this session, you will: 

• Practice techniques from the masterclass in a safe environment, and receive structured feedback to help you refine your coaching

• Coach and be coached on real-life belief patterns

• Strengthen your skills in:  

  • Asking precise, belief-shifting questions  

  • Listening for underlying assumptions  

  • Staying present when clients feel stuck or resistant 

Together, the masterclass and dojo form a complete learning cycle: insight, practice, reflection, integration. The sessions will be hosted and facilitated by our Master Coach Trainers Pauliina Hallama and Anna-Riikka Kärnä.

Participation options

These sessions are part of the Journey to Mastery year-long program, and members of the Journey are automatically enrolled, so no separate sign-up is needed.

For guests and alumni who want to join without committing to the full year (yet), you’re warmly welcome to:

• Join both the Masterclass and the Coaching Dojo, or

• Sign up for only one of the two sessions

This flexibility allows you to step into the journey in a way that fits your current situation, while experiencing the depth of our mastery approach.
